Platform

One evidence layer for every piece of advice.

Every piece of advice is supervised by a qualified reviewer, sealed into a record that cannot be altered, and held to the standards an FCA-regulated firm must meet.

Built in, not bolted on.

The evidence is produced as each recommendation is made, not assembled afterwards. When a client complains or the FCA asks, there is nothing to reconstruct. The record already exists.

The life of a recommendation.

One pass through the system, from the moment advice is given to the point a regulator could check it.
01

Captured

As each recommendation is produced, its inputs are captured: the client's circumstances, the reasoning, and, where a model drafted it, what it was given and what it produced. The evidence exists from the moment the advice does.

02

Supervised

The case is routed to a qualified reviewer, who works it through a checklist built for that document type. Every step of the review is recorded, not just the verdict.

03

Sealed

The recommendation, the review, and the decision become one permanent record. Once written it cannot be altered, deleted, or backdated, and any attempt to change it shows.

04

Proven

Any case becomes a complete evidence pack in minutes, or a certificate anyone can verify independently, with no account required and nothing to reconstruct.

Every record does more than settle one case.

Case by case, the same records that prove each recommendation build the evidence for your firm-wide controls and your Consumer Duty assessment.

Neither is a separate exercise: assurance becomes a by-product of the day-to-day, not an annual project.

What changes.

How supervision changes, side by side.

Without the platform

  • Advice delivered without consistent oversight
  • Review records scattered across emails and spreadsheets
  • No way to prove when advice was given or reviewed
  • Audit trail left to manual record-keeping
  • Review turnaround tracked informally, if at all
  • Evidence a regulator can reasonably question
  • Bias and model drift go undetected until a complaint
  • Consumer Duty reporting built by hand each year

With the platform

  • Every piece of advice reviewed by a qualified human
  • Every record permanent and impossible to alter
  • Proof of what was advised, when, and who signed it off
  • A tamper-proof trail built as advice happens
  • Review turnaround enforced, with alerts before a breach
  • Evidence anyone can verify independently
  • Continuous bias and model-drift monitoring
  • Consumer Duty reporting, ready on demand

Governance features

A full governance layer on top.

The same platform carries the governance features an FCA-regulated firm needs on every piece of advice, with the evidence for each drawn from what it already records.

  • Framework controls, mapped to provisions
  • Assurance reviews, signed on your own cadence
  • Checklists and review SLAs
  • Vulnerable-customer routing
  • Model registry and drift detection
  • Bias monitoring
  • Incident reporting
  • Impact assessments
